FOURAK Proposal & Technical Strategy
NRAA RFP 2026-01 · Cherry Capital Airport Digital Experience Modernization
PROPOSAL CORE STRATEGY
"Don't build them another airport brochure. Build a passenger utility that happens to be a beautiful gateway to Northern Michigan."
Rather than asking the Northwest Regional Airport Authority (NRAA) to imagine our methodology, FOURAK engineered this working prototype to demonstrate how the future TVC digital platform will perform on mobile devices, airport screens, and desktop browsers.
RECOMMENDED TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE
Decoupled Architecture: Craft CMS + Astro + Cloudflare Edge
Separating NRAA administrative content management from public delivery guarantees 99.99%+ resilience, immune to backend CMS outages or traffic spikes during severe weather alerts.
