Airfield Operations Complex: Cherry Capital Airport airfield home to commercial concourses and US Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City.

The Northwest Regional Airport Authority (NRAA) is an independent regional municipal entity established by Grand Traverse County and Leelanau County under Michigan Law (Public Act 73 of 1970).

NRAA is responsible for oversight, policy, capital expansion, safety compliance, financial management, and air service development for Cherry Capital Airport (TVC).

The NRAA Board consists of appointed representatives serving staggered terms representing Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties.
